Pre-production verification When the workshop team leader collects the buttons, they must check them one by one against the process sheet and confirmed sample: ensure the product name, specifications, color, quantity, and hole diameter match. 2. First-piece confirmation Before mass production of each style, at least 3 first pieces must be made and confirmed by QC: The button model matches the process sheet Adhesion strength hand-test (does not detach pulled forcefully) Appearance is consistent with the sealed sample Mass production can only proceed after the first pieces are qualified. -
